By purchasing or using any software product from Katas Sound LLC ("Katas DSP", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Upon purchase, Katas Sound LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to two (2) computers that you own or control. This license is for personal or commercial use in your own productions.

The software is licensed, not sold. Katas Sound LLC retains all intellectual property rights in the software, including all neural models, algorithms, and associated assets.
Your license includes free updates to the same major version of the product. We reserve the right to release new major versions at a separate price.
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at info@katassound.com within 30 days and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Katas Sound LLC does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Katas Sound LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
